Türkiye Transformation Plan Prototype Workshop, Istanbul
We were delighted to welcome industry leaders from across the supply chain for the Türkiye Transformation Plan Prototype Workshop, a key milestone in our efforts to shape a more resilient, sustainable future for the Turkish apparel and textile sector.
A Shared Vision for Transformation
Convened by ATTI's pioneering Türkiye chapter and led by the Istanbul Apparel and Textile Exporters Association (IHKIB), the workshop brought together manufacturers, global brands, federations, and key stakeholders to align on a shared transformation approach for the Turkish industry and translate ambition into concrete, time-bound commitments.
We were particularly pleased to welcome some of Türkiye's leading manufacturers, including Aster Textile, BOSSA, Botaş Nehir Tekstil AŞ., ISKO, Kivanc Tekstil, Saide Group, Tepar Tekstil, TYH Tekstil A.Ş, Yeşim Group, and Uniteks Tekstil — alongside representatives from key global brands BESTSELLER, H&M, Inditex, Primark, PVH, Ralph Lauren, and Varner.
Three Priority Impact Areas
Together, participants worked to define a shared vision for the Turkish industry and to establish clear next steps to translate strategy into action across three critical domains: energy, water consumption, and wastewater treatment.

The workshop highlighted the critical role that federations, industry associations, manufacturers, and brands play in bringing stakeholders together and driving meaningful, long-term collaboration.
Under IHKIB's invaluable leadership, the Turkish apparel and textile industry is well positioned to take pioneering steps to advance transformation, strengthening both its global competitiveness and sustainability leadership.
